Everyone horticultural peat used as plant growth so far has not been found suitable substitute for peat, it is still the friendliest available plant environment.

The high proportion of organic matter microflora necessary for attracting transport of nutrients and water, high porosity and thus dampening capacity, water retention capacity are in line only some of the advantages of the peat. Natural blonde peat can be used as raw material for growing media, for soil improvement and in some cases as culture medium for plants.
